Megagames
The best group activity you’ve likely never heard of
Megagames are exactly that. They are games. And they are absolutely mega. Most obviously in size. While megames come in many different forms, the majority of them cater to around 40 to 50 players. Each game will pit your group members into conflicting roles within a narrative. Players quickly learn to control a small part of the narrative, using their political skills to gain influence as the story unfolds.
Megagames require nothing more from the attendees than simply turning up and getting involved. They can be tailored in a number of different ways, from a humourous activity alongside food and drink, to a serious day of sharpening interpersonal skills.
If you’ve not experienced a megagame, we’d recommend you give one a go. Get Questing runs a number of ticketing megagames through the year. But if you have a teambuilding space that you’re struggling to fill, a birthday that needs to be super special or just fancy seeing what a megagame is like, get in touch.
